Smoothie “Bullet” Shot

We serve these 4–6 oz smoothies almost every night as a side dish. These “bullet” shots are packed with fruits and veggies, making them the perfect addition to any meal. Plus, kids are free to have seconds!


Ingredients

Use any combination of fresh or frozen fruits and veggies.

  • 2–3 handfuls of greens (kale, spinach, chard, etc.)

  • 1 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

  • ½–1 frozen banana

  • ¼ cup goji berries

  • Handful of ice

  • 2 wheatgrass cubes or ½ scoop green powder (like Amazing Grass)

  • Water, coconut water, juice, or milk of choice (enough to cover ingredients)


Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  • Pour into small glasses and enjoy!



Veggie Kabobs & Dip

Instructions

  1. Wash, cut, and place your choice of veggies on skewers. Some great options include:

    • Broccoli

    • Carrots

    • Cucumbers

    • Cherry tomatoes

    • Peppers

  2. Serve with your favorite dip!

Quick Dip Idea

  • Mix your favorite store-bought ranch with a little Greek yogurt to boost nutrition.



Fruit Kabobs & Dip

Instructions

  1. Wash, cut, and place your choice of fruits on skewers. Some great options include:

    • Pineapple

    • Watermelon

    • Strawberries

    • Blackberries

    • Blueberries

    • Raspberries

    • Grapes

  2. Serve with your favorite dip!

Quick Dip Recipe

  • ¼ cup organic cream cheese or dairy-free substitute

  • ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt or nut-based yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (Grade B)
