  • Shredded chicken

  • Turkey

  • Black beans or lentils (veg option)


🍶 3) PICK YOUR CREAMY “GLUE”

  • Nancy’s cream cheese

  • Greek yogurt

  • Sour cream

  • Cottage cheese (blend it if you want it extra smooth)


🧀 4) ADD YOUR FAVORITE CHEESE OR VEGAN ALTERNATIVE

  • Fresh mozzarella

  • Goat cheese

  • Cheddar

  • Pepper jack

  • Nutritional yeast (dairy-free boost)


🌶️ 5) PICK YOUR FLAVOR BOOSTERS

  • Taco seasoning

  • Salsa

  • Jalapeños / green chiles

  • Buffalo sauce

  • BBQ sauce

  • Ranch seasoning

  • Marinara + Italian seasoning

  • Garlic + lime + cilantro

  • Mineral salt + garlic + red pepper (classic + easy)


🥬 6) ADD VEGGIES OR GRAINS (optional, but amazing)

⭐ OUR FAVORITE FLAVOR COMBOS

1️⃣ Buffalo Chicken: chicken + Nancy’s + mozzarella + buffalo + green onions

2️⃣ Bison Taco: bison + taco seasoning + rice + tomatoes + peppers + salsa + cheddar + goat cheese

3️⃣ BBQ Chicken: chicken + BBQ + Greek yogurt + mozzarella + red onion

4️⃣ Pizza: marinara + mozzarella + fresh mozz + spinach + banana peppers + hot honey



⏱️ QUICK BAKE METHOD (same every time)

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F

2️⃣ Mix filling ingredients in a big bowl

3️⃣ Brush baking sheet with melted butter/ghee

4️⃣ Layer tortillas (overlap to cover the pan)

5️⃣ Add filling + crunch layer

6️⃣ Fold edges inward + brush top

7️⃣ Place a second baking sheet on top for extra crisp

8️⃣ Bake 25–35 min until golden

9️⃣ Slice into wedges + load up toppings 🏈🔥
