Chunky Monkey Ice Cream


*When possible, use organic or local grown products.


Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas, cut into quarters

  • ¼ cup nut or oat milk (unsweetened)

  • 1–2 tablespoons nut butter of choice

  • ½–1 tablespoon cacao powder

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon wheat germ (optional)


Step 1: Blend

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting consistency as needed.


Step 2: Add Extras

For added flair, mix in:

  • Nuts or seeds of choice (walnuts, hemp, flax, etc.)

  • Lily’s chocolate chips, cacao nibs, or other mix-ins

For a firmer, ice cream-like texture, freeze for 1–2 hours before scooping and serving.
