Chunky Monkey Ice Cream

*When possible, use organic or local grown products.
Ingredients
3 frozen bananas, cut into quarters
¼ cup nut or oat milk (unsweetened)
1–2 tablespoons nut butter of choice
½–1 tablespoon cacao powder
½ teaspoon vanilla (optional)
1 teaspoon wheat germ (optional)
Step 1: Blend
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting consistency as needed.
Step 2: Add Extras
For added flair, mix in:
Nuts or seeds of choice (walnuts, hemp, flax, etc.)
Lily’s chocolate chips, cacao nibs, or other mix-ins
For a firmer, ice cream-like texture, freeze for 1–2 hours before scooping and serving.
